Policy for online orders.
- We ship only to Canadian addresses primarily using Canada Post Express Post within one business day of receiving your order. Shipping time is approximately 2-4 business days depending on your location. If you prefer an alternate delivery method, please note this on your order.
- Our rates are:
- $10.00: Ontario and Quebec
- $15.00: The rest of Canada
- We will send a Express Post tracking code after your shipment has been sent.
- Returns are accepted for refund for unopened product only.
- Exchange is provided for opened defective product.
- Before returning any product, please call us at 416 488-4422 or (toll free) 877 488-4422 for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Any return without an RMA number will not be accepted. A refund will be processed within two weeks of receiving the returned product.
