José joined Global Hearing Aid Clinic in March 2024 after graduating with a Business Marketing Diploma from Centennial College. His diverse experience includes proficiency in customer service, marketing, administration, and sales.

In his role as Client Care Coordinator, José finds immense satisfaction in assisting and delivering exceptional patient experiences while collaborating closely with the Global Hearing team. Eager to interact with new people, he is dedicated to expanding their knowledge of hearing aid technologies and the complexities of hearing loss, while contributing to a welcoming and supportive clinical atmosphere.

Outside of work, José is an avid sports enthusiast and frequently participates in activities such as basketball, (learning to play badminton), and running. He also likes to explore new places, taste diverse cuisines, and cherish the moments he spends with friends, all while feeding his curiosity about different cultures.
