Born in Singapore and raised in Toronto, Rayna joined Global Hearing Aid Clinic in June 2025. She holds a degree in Health Management from York University and has prior experience supporting fast-paced healthcare environments, including urgent care.

As a Client Care Coordinator, Rayna is passionate about patient care and committed to creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone. She enjoys being part of a collaborative team and continuously seeks opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Outside of work, Rayna enjoys dancing, photography, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
