Starting in October 2002 as a founding member of the Global Hearing Aid Clinic team, Stephen worked closely with Jeffrey Switzer to develop and open the inaugural clinic at Yonge St and Lawrence Ave, which opened in January 2003.

Stephen has a solid background in customer service and business operations management. In 2007 he graduated from Conestoga College as a hearing instrument specialist.

Stephen is a full member of AHIP, in good standing. Stephen works diligently behind the scenes managing the marketing initiatives, business and financial planning, and assists with the daily operations.
