Taylor joined Global Hearing Aid Clinic in April of 2023 initially as a Client Care Coordinator and transitioning to our newest Hearing Instrument Dispenser.

As a recent Hearing Instrument Specialist graduate from George Brown College, she will work along side our Audiologist Jeffrey Switzer, as her mentor, during her internship. The internship will be extremely helpful in expanding her overall knowledge and experience with hearing aids and hearing healthcare in general.

Prior to working at Global Hearing, Taylor has 6+ years of experience working as an Activation Coordinator in various senior care facilities. As a Client Care Coordinator, she looks forward to making connections with our patients and really values the person-centred approach that is taken at our clinic.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her loved ones, exploring the city, and has a passion for art.
